By using Velotu (velotu.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
1. The service
Velotu is a free tool that lets you download videos and photos from public social media posts using their link. Velotu does not host the content: it fetches it from the social network at the moment you request it and delivers it to you. The service is supported by advertising.
2. Permitted use
- You may download your own content or content you have permission to download, for personal use (for example, to watch it offline).
- You are responsible for respecting copyright and each social network's terms. Reposting, selling or commercially using other people's content without their permission may infringe their rights.
3. Prohibited use
- Using Velotu to infringe third parties' copyright, image or privacy rights.
- Making automated or bulk requests (bots, scripts) or trying to get around usage limits.
- Trying to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site's systems.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
4. Content ownership
Videos, photos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Velotu is independent and is not affiliated with the social networks it mentions. Velotu's name, design and code belong to us.
5. Copyright reports
If you are a rights holder and believe Velotu is being used to infringe your rights, write to us at contacto@velotu.com with: your name and contact details, the protected work, the link to the post and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf. We will review every report and take the appropriate action.
6. Availability
Velotu depends on how social networks work, and they change often. That's why we don't guarantee that every download will always work or that the service will be available without interruptions. We may modify, suspend or remove features or networks at any time.
7. No warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Velotu is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, or from how you use downloaded content.
8. Advertising and external links
The site shows third-party ads and may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
9. Privacy
How your data is used is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect is the one published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The Spanish version is the reference version if there is any discrepancy.
